How do I order for collection?

1. Find the restaurant: Navigate to pay.dines.co.uk, then search for the venue’s name to open the menu and select the items you'd like to order. Add them to your basket.

2. Place the order: Once you have everything you’d like to order in your basket, click “View Basket” and then follow the steps to choose an available collection slot and complete your payment. Once successful, you'll see an order status page with an 'Order sent' status at the top.

We'll then send the order to the venue who will then confirm that they can service the order.

*If restaurants are busy, they may reduce the number of available slots and increase the expected turnaround. However, this will usually change dynamically throughout the day, in the time listed in your checkout process.
